Most people don't realize that Vail Headquarters is the site where Temecula originally stood hundreds of years before the founding of Old Town Temecula in 1882. It is the site of the oldest building in Temecula, the Wolf Store built in 1867. Located on the route of the Old Road to Yuma and the Butterfield Overland Trail, it is also the site of the original Indian Village and the Old Indian Graveyard. As a result of my encounters in Old Town Temecula, I appeared on A&E Biography's My Ghost Story: Caught on Camera. With this experience, I was given exclusive access to the Vail property years before it was developed allowing me to uncover some truly remarkable things.
Some of the tales you will hear include The Lady in White, A Cry For Help, A Sign From Beyond, Something in the Air and the Temecula Massacre. 👀
The tour is approximately 1 1/2 - 2 hours in duration (longer if a site is investigated).

👉 WHAT GUESTS SAY ABOUT MY TOURS
" We had a group of 70 year old women that took a tour of the Vail Headquarters with Dale. Dale knows his Temecula history and he made it very interesting for all of us.. We had such a great time. Dale had let us know in advance that it was going to be very cold and to dress warmly and boy was he right! We heard about all the paranormal experiences that have happened at Vail Headquarters and we used the hand held devices to see if the ghosts could communicate with us. it was a great tour, a great experience and you will love Dale! "Our family enjoyed last night's tour of Vail Headquarters. It was very informative, entertaining, and a bit spooky listening to the ghostly tales you shared with us. Even though this was my second time taking this tour, I learned so much new information about this unique and historic location. We look forward to attending tours you plan to offer in the future. Once again, Thank You for this memorable experience! I highly recommend this tour to all."

"Our family has taken many history/ghost tours in the past and Dale's tour of Temecula's Vail Headquarters ranks amongst the best! In fact it was so good that I took it a second time and learned new information about this facinating and historic location. A few years ago we took Dale's Old Town Temecula tour so we were very excited when he started offering tours of Vail Headquarters. Both of these tours are first rate and we can tell that Dale has spent countless hours researching the city of Temecula and the people who once called it "home." We really appreciated that Dale took his time in giving us the history of the area and answering any questions we had. I can't say enough good things about Dale's tours other than to HIGHLY recommend BOTH of these informative and very entertaining tours that are great for all ages! Thanks again Dale for sharing tales from Vail Headquarters with us. It was very memorable! "

This is an aerial view of Vail Headquarters in 2008. We were able to obtain exclusive permission to investigate the property, no one else has ever been given permission to do so. Over the course of the next two years, we stayed over night on 4 separate occassions conducting investigations. What was found during these investigations is presented on the tour in the form of photographs and audio recordings.
